NTS (National Technology Solutions) is a Durban-based IT support company for small and medium businesses.
Why we started NTS
Most small businesses don’t have an IT department. They have a cousin who’s “good with computers”, a reseller who only shows up to sell something, or nobody at all.
NTS brings the tools and processes of a professional managed service provider to businesses that are too small for a full-time IT person. Our background is in managed services, supporting businesses in South Africa and abroad on Microsoft 365, networking, VoIP and endpoint management.
We work mostly remotely, which keeps response times short and costs down, and we’re on the ground in Durban when a job needs hands on.
